Head of Events, Rosie Thompson
Rosie has been our Head of Events for 19 years and during that time has met many thousands of veterans - all of whom inspire her. Rosie’s passions are any outdoors activity - except sailing! She has a real love of animals, especially her beloved cocker spaniel puppy, Bridie. When not working - which is rare - she is busy raising money in a variety of ways for the NFA. She has completed 24 marathons, many half marathons and several long distance challenges. In 2017 she fulfilled a long-held ambition to successfully complete the Marathon Des Sables "The Toughest Footrace on Earth" and is now the proud owner of a much treasured Medal.
